We had a difficult exchange and completion in a day which ran late and the team waited and unpacked swiftly and brilliantly. The company was great from the start, insisting that they would take the stress away from the moving day....and they did. They were flexible, reassuring and the team who arrived to pack our house into two vans did so with impressive expertise, like a giant game of Tetris! (Nothing broke and we had a lot of fragile items.) The removal team were pleasant, efficient and had the entire house, outbuilding and 60 garden pots packed in a few hours.
